Every moment your pet spends in our salon is a vital part of our process. While some salons can finish your pet in less time, we refuse to skip important steps that benefit your pets skin and coat health. Or, risk causing stress to your pet by unnecessarily rushing them through the groom. It's important to us to give your dog or cat a quality haircut, without sacrificing the needs of your pet. Sometimes this means working slowly and giving your pet frequent breaks. Time spent offering treats, playing with toys, or getting a quick snuggle session may seem silly, but this ensures your pet leaves our salon with a happy experience and helps builds confidence and socialization skills to improve the grooming process, both in the salon and at home. While some pets can be done in 2-3 hours, we ask for up to 4 hours to ensure your pet will receive only the highest quality care in a safe and stress-free environment.
