Fill out our New Client Form:
Click the button at the bottom of this page to fill out our New Client Form. Our receptionist will contact you to get scheduled within a few hours of receiving your info.
Provide proof of rabies vaccine:
While we strongly urge all owners to fully vaccinate their pets, we only require proof of an up-to-date rabies vaccine. If you are unable to upload your pets vaccine paperwork to our New Client Form, you can bring it with you during your first appointment.
Pay your deposit:
In order to secure your chosen appointment date, we require a $40 deposit. Each deposit is put towards your final grooming bill and is 100% refundable if you need to cancel or reschedule (within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time).

Meet your groomer:
You'll get a chance to speak with your groomer when you drop off your pet. Feel free to text us photos of your desired groom, or give us special instructions so we can give your pet the exact look you want. We do our best to schedule your pet with the same groomer every time. However, you are always more than welcome to request any groomer you'd like, so you're guaranteed to be on their schedule!
We don't rush your pet through the grooming process:
Good grooming takes patience. While its not unusual for some pets to be groomed in 2-3 hours, we ask for up to 4 hours for every groom to insure each pet is given appropriate breaks and given the highest quality haircut and care.
Water, blankets, snacks and love provided:
We provide everything your pet needs to have the best spa day possible. Let us know if your pet has food related allergies or requires special treats. You're always more than welcome to bring your pets favorite toy or snacks, so your pet feels more at home.
High quality pampering:
We use a 3-step shampoo and conditioning treatment on every pet, using only some of the highest quality products available. Why is this important? Conditioner is a crucial step to your pets coat care that is often overlooked elsewhere, due to the expense of products and time consuming rinsing process. But we don't skimp on skin and coat care! By conditioning your pet, we're restoring natural oils necessary to keep your pets skin and coat hydrated, soft and tangle free.
Ready for pickup:
We will send you a text as soon as your pet is ready! Please make sure to pick up your pet within an hour to avoid any daycare related fees.
